Phase Shifter, OTA based

Unlike the old EH Small Stone, this project uses an IC that is cheap and in production.

It sounds every bit as good as the original, A/B tests against a vintage unit have been performed.

In addition, this layout can be used to create a version that does not display the insidious "volume drop when on" problem that many people have reported with original units.
